Translate fragility, weight, edges, movement and distribution hazards into cushioning, retention and closure decisions.

Document folding sequence, glue position, jigs, manual steps and workmanship standards so output is repeatable.

Review material combinations, coatings, adhesives, labels and local collection routes; a paper appearance does not guarantee recyclability.
