Protection requirement
Translate fragility, weight, edges, movement and distribution hazards into cushioning, retention and closure decisions.
Finished dimensions
Record internal and external size, measuring method and acceptable tolerance instead of relying on a photo or nominal size alone.
Material specification
Name the grade, composition, colour, surface and approved equivalent; a generic material name is rarely enough for repeat production.
Assembly method
Document folding sequence, glue position, jigs, manual steps and workmanship standards so output is repeatable.
