Industry packaging solution
Gifting packaging from one personalised sample to bulk delivery
We coordinate box structure, bags, cards, stickers, inserts and related print around the gift assortment, use case, budget, required date and distribution method—keeping short events and bulk projects on one approval standard.

Coordinated categories
Place multiple packaging items on one project plan
Source each item independently or align specifications, colour, samples, production milestones and delivery requirements through one team.

Define packaging around the real use case
- 01
Employee gifts, client gifts and conference packs
- 02
Brand events, collaborations and product-launch boxes
- 03
Seasonal assortments and channel-specific packs
- 04
Short-run personalisation that begins with a one-piece sample
Timing & delivery
Typical project lead times
These are reference lead times for complete information, standard materials and normal finishes. Complex structures, special materials, outsourced processes or approval delays affect timing; the confirmed project schedule takes precedence.
- 01Brief & quotation
Confirm the product, dimensions, quantity, finishes, budget, date and delivery location.
- 02Sampling: 3–7 days
Prepare the relevant structural blank, digital proof or finished approval sample.
- 03Bulk: 7–15 days
After sample and artwork approval, schedule production, process checks and final sampling.
- 04Delivery in China
Primary service regions are the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta; other Mainland China locations are evaluated by project.
Experience & boundaries
Approve the physical structure and finish before bulk production
Gifting projects often combine multiple items, supply sources and a fixed event date. We check each item’s dimensions and weight, prepare a structural blank when needed, then approve a printed and finished sample—reducing risks such as poor fit, movement in transit or inconsistent colour.

Quality control
Turn material, colour and assembly into approval standards
- Check each item’s size, weight and placement direction
- Use structural blanks to validate box, insert and assembly
- Approve paper, colour, feel and finishes on a printed sample
- Check bag loading and compatibility across the complete set
- Plan sampling, production and delivery backwards from the event date
- Verify bulk packing, component counts and carton marks
Buyer FAQs
10 questions buyers usually ask before quotation
Is your pricing competitive?
We break down cost by structure, material, quantity, finish and delivery requirement, then prioritise a production-ready option that balances appearance and budget. Pricing should be compared on the same specification, quality standard and delivery terms.
Can you shorten the lead time?
Typical projects take 3–7 days for sampling and 7–15 days for bulk production. For a fixed launch or event date, we first verify material availability, capacity and outsourced processes before confirming an expedited plan.
Can you help with design?
We can support structural recommendations, dielines, artwork checks, layout adaptation and design coordination. Full brand-creative work or complex visual design is scoped separately based on the available brief and workload.
How do you control colour variation?
We confirm colour references, paper and surface finishes first, then use a digital proof, press proof or signed physical sample where appropriate. Production is checked against the approved sample and agreed tolerance; reasonable variation can still result from paper, ink batches, lamination and viewing light.
Can you produce other paper print items together?
Yes. Hangtags, folding cartons, rigid boxes, paper bags, cards, stickers and tissue can be coordinated by one project team across specifications, samples, production schedules and delivery in China.
Can the sample be free?
Existing blank or general material samples may be available free of charge. Custom structures, spot colours, foil or complete finish samples normally involve a fee. Any credit against a bulk order should be agreed before sampling.
Can you personalise a very small quantity?
We support one-piece personalised sampling and suitable short-run options. Bulk-production MOQ depends on material purchasing, print method, tooling and finishing, and is confirmed product by product.
Have you produced this type of item before?
We match your structure, material, finish and use case with relevant experience that can be shared. For confidential projects, we describe capability without disclosing client files, order data or unauthorised brand information.
Can you make it exactly the same as my original sample?
We can use the original as a target and approve a physical sample, but paper batches, ink, equipment, finishing and sample ageing can affect the result. We therefore do not promise absolute zero variation; production follows the approved sample and agreed tolerance.
Can you provide FSC or other certification documents?
We verify the actual manufacturing entity, certificate validity, product scope, material and order-claim requirements. Certification applies only to the named entity and scope and does not automatically cover every product.
