Custom packaging product

Clear care information and distinctive woven brand identity

Care labels communicate composition, sizing, washing instructions and origin, while woven labels reinforce identity and perceived quality. Each needs to be developed around the garment material, sewing position, feel and use case.

How we work

From requirement review to delivery in China

Materials and finishes differ in colour, feel, cost and production constraints. We define the project boundaries first, then use physical samples to turn the desired result into a repeatable production standard.

  1. 01
    Requirement review

Confirm the product, dimensions, quantity, budget, target date and delivery location.

  2. 02
    Material and structure proposal

Recommend options based on presentation, use, transport and cost requirements.

  3. 03
    Artwork check and sampling

Review production files and prepare the relevant structural, printed or finish sample.

  4. 04
    Production and quality checks

Produce against the approved sample and inspect key processes, finished goods and packing requirements.

Quality focus

Define acceptable standards within the project

  • Check clarity of copy, symbols and small text
  • Confirm hand feel and sewing position
  • Verify fold direction and finished dimensions
  • Agree wash-durability requirements by project

Buyer FAQs

Care & Woven Labels FAQ

What is the difference between care and woven labels?

Care labels usually print composition and care information onto a tape or film. Woven labels form artwork with warp and weft yarns and are commonly used for brand identity.

Will all small text remain legible?

Not necessarily. Material texture, print method, weave density and font size all affect clarity, so the final result should be approved on a physical sample.

How should the fold type be selected?

The choice depends on the sewing position, skin contact, visible area and garment-production method. Centre fold and cut fold are common options.

Can labels be packed separately by size or style?

Yes. Sorting, counting and packing can be assessed from your size or style breakdown during quotation.

Can the current OEKO-TEX certificate be promoted?

The available file belongs to a partner supplier and has expired, so it is not presented as a current certification. A valid certificate from the actual producing supplier would be required.
